In 2012, fifteen young people in Singapore were selected to take part in a crash course in creativity known as AWARD School. This scheme was started in Australia 30 years ago to help youngsters break into advertising using tutors and mentors from the ad industry itself. David Droga and Craig Davis are probably the best known of the past graduates. The Communications Council supervises the event. AdAsia recorded the participants’ thoughts and progress on video.
