It seems business confidence remains high in China for 2012. This will lead to a stable recruitment market although employers are being cautious according to recruitment specialists Michael Page. The Michael Page Salary and Employment Forecast 2012 China has just been published reporting on a survey of 370 employers. The majority of employers in China (84%) will award salary increases and most of those will be in the region of 8% to 10%. Almost half the respondents feel there will be a skills shortage over the next 12 months.
