One of the top Asian creative shows is now calling for entries. AdFest (Asia Pacific Advertising Festival) 2015 wants to see your great and inspiring work that has cost you so much anguish and sweat. Some categories close on 9th January 2015 while others allow a little long to 16th January 2015. With Christmas coming up fast, it is probably best to start sorting and posting this month. There are eighteen categories in AdFest’s Lotus Awards for 2015:

The ‘Branded Content & Entertainment Lotus’ is a new one. It celebrates brands that are moving beyond advertising ideas to become integrated with entertainment. “This region is producing some of the most engaging branded content and entertainment in the world, which makes this Lotus category especially exciting,” said Vinit Suraphongchai, Chairman of the AdFest Working Committee.

Jimmy Lam, President of AdFest reminded our editor that this is the region’s original advertising awards festival with a legacy dating back to 1998. AdAsia was an early supporter of this event. We do urge our readers to attend especially the younger creatives. The date for the event is Thursday 19th to Saturday 21st March 2015 and, as always, it will be in Pattaya, Thailand. Even if you haven’t entered, you will enjoy listening to outstanding presentations and see some of the best work from the Asia Pacific region.
