Global technology company, Criteo, has launched a new data centre in Hong Kong. This is the second data centre for Criteo in the Asia Pacific region after setting up in Tokyo in 2011. It is the growth of programmatic and real-time bidding which has attracted firms like Criteo to the region. By opening centres here in Asia, the company gets better and faster access to the advertising inventory from publishers. Criteo has six data centres in all, with over 6,500 servers in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
