Graham Fink is now the Chief Creative officer of O&M China. He reveals to AdAsia how John Gillard guided him into advertising where he could explore his varied talents and interest and why he moved from M&C Saatchi London to work in China. He admits he still makes mistakes in the new culture but feels China offers more opportunities and has forced him out of his comfort zone.
