The Institute of Advertising Singapore is once more presenting the APPIES 2011. The Asia Pacific Marketing Congress is back for the second year. It will be held at the National University of Singapore on 28th and 29th July. One hundred campaigns will be presented over the two days. These have been selected by the Advisory Council headed by Goh Shu Fen, Chairman of the APPIES and Co-founder & Principal of R3. Delegates will see presentations of campaigns by major brands such as Heineken, Hewlett Packard, Nestle, PepsiCo , Procter & Gamble and Unilever. These campaigns have already proved their success in the marketplace.
Each presenter will summarise the strategy and ideas in a 4-minute video and a 6-minute live presentation. The audience gets a chance then to ask questions. Our editor who attended last year, said that these two days are like taking a condensed MBA in marketing.
