The quick MBA for marketers, the annual APPIES, will be back on 15th-16th August at the National University of Singapore campus.
Organised by the Institute of Advertising Singapore, this event reveals the best marketing campaigns in the region presented by the people involved. In case you missed the previous three APPIES, the format is a presentation, usually by the ad agency, of a 4-minute video on a campaign, a 6-minute live presentation explain the strategy and execution followed by 10-minute session where the presenter is quizzed by judges and the audience. This is a valuable learning experience for the delegates. At the end of the two days, the best presenters and best campaigns are rewarded.
