InMobi SmartPay will enable app developers and games companies to expand their business by providing a one-time, no-cost, single point of integration across multiple countries.
For the consumer, it offers a seamless mobile checkout experience using secure, direct to carrier billing. This will be expanded into other methods including credit cards and PayPal. Already this new service is available to one billion consumers in seven countries, which includes India, Indonesia and Malaysia in this region.
InMobi has plans to expand this service to over 30 countries by the end of the year. There seems to be no stopping this India-grown company. InMobi’s ad network currently places 32 billion ads monthly worldwide. This financial arm, which is unique in the mobile market, will strengthen the relationship with developers and consumers.
