Lowe Indonesia won, after a three-way pitch between themselves and Hakuhodo and incumbent Neo, the marketing of a new range of snacks. This is for the brand, Qtela, from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. The agency recently also retained Indofoods’ iconic instant noodle brand, Indomie.
