Text100 appoints ASEAN digital lead
Communications company Text100 has appointed Keeley Benjamin as ASEAN Digital Brand Lead. She will be based out of Singapore office. Benjamin moves from Hong Kong where she was Head of Global Press and Digital Marketing at Native Union, a mobile and digital accessories provider. She moved to Hong Kong from London where she led Sony Ericsson’s public relations and digital strategy. Prior to that, she spent eight years with Nike working on media campaigns across 32 markets within EMEA. Text100 has had a successful streak, winning ten new clients in Singapore and Malaysia.
Nelson expands role in Turner AP
Turner International Asia Pacific has appointed Phil Nelson as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Southeast Asia Pacific and North Asia. He was previously responsible for strategic planning and North Asia. Nelson joined Turner Asia Pacific in 2010 as Head of Business Development and in 2013, his role was expanded to include North Asia. Prior to joining Turner, he was Managing Director of AOL Asia based in India. Although he was born in Singapore, his early career was in the US Navy and he was stationed throughout the world.
NRS Media appoints new MD
A native of Sydney, Australia, Ric Camilleri, has been appointed as Managing Director of NRS Media. He had been Director of Sales since 2008. Prior to joining NRS Media, Camilleri was the Sales Director of Australian Radio Network and APN News & Media. In total, he has had 27 years of experience within the advertising sales industry.
Lowe Indonesia woos Wisnu
Roy Wisnu, one of Indonesia’s most awarded creatives, has joined Lowe Indonesia as Group CCO. He will lead the Lowe creative across all the agency’s Indonesian divisions. He moves from McCann New York. Wisnu became one of the youngest ECD’s at just 28 while working for Ogilvy and was ‘Creative Director of the Year’ for three successive years. Since 2008, he has been in New York, first with JWT and then McCann.
