There were so many entries to the inaugural Asia Interactive Awards that new judges had to be co-opted onto the panel in the final week. On 3 rd August, the talented winners were presented with their awards at The Pavilion in Singapore .
Ogilvy & Mather offices around the region gave this agency the greatest number of wins in total but Singapore 's Proximity and Kinetic also picked up a good number of honours.
Yahoo! was the prime sponsor, with Adobe, Hitwise, Intel, Microsoft and Vivendi Games as co-sponsors. The event had the support of the 4As, Asia Digital Marketing Association, DAS, Promotion Marketing Association Asia and the Singapore Gamer's Association.
The tickets for the presentation night was sold out. With such enthusiastic support this, event looks like it will become a major annual affair for the interactive industry.
