Regional Digital Director for iris
iris Singapore has appointed Joe Zandstra as Regional Digital Director. He moves from MCD Partners in New York where he was Creative Director. This, however, is not Zandstra’s first stint in Singapore. He previously worked for XM Asia Pacific and Qais Consulting spending more than ten years in the Republic. At iris, he will work on clients such as Diageo, Tiger, Heineken, Audi and SingTel.
New Head of Resolution
Omnicom Media Group has appointed Marie Lo to the post of Platforms Director in the group’s search brand, Resolution. Prior to joining Resolution, Lo was with Eviva Brands heading project management and earlier she was with Red Bricks Media. She started her career at Bernard Hodes Group, an Omnicom company.
Loke joins Y&R
Y&R Singapore has appointed Jon Loke as Creative Director. He moves from Ogilvy & Mather Singapore where he was Head of Art. After more than a decade in the business, Loke has worked at major agencies in Singapore such as Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi. He also has worked at the renowned Mother agency in London. During his career he has picked up awards from many of the major shows including D&AD, Cannes, Clios, AdFest and Spikes and worked on major brands such as Coke, Orange, Philips, McDonald’s, Diageo, SingTel and APB.
He will report to Y&R’s Chief Creative Officer Farrokh Madon.
iris Singapore appoints Creative Group Head
Timothy Chan is the new Creative Group Head at iris Singapore. He moves from DDB Singapore where he was Associate Group Head. Prior to that, he was with McCann Erickson Malaysia working on accounts such as Proton, Coca-Cola, and Nespray. Chan will bring over seven years of experience to his new role when he starts working on accounts such as Heineken, Audi, Adidas and Emirates.
