SpotXchange names MD for Asia Pacific
Matt Von der Muhll, recently promoted as Country Director for SpotXchange Australia takes on a new role as Managing Director for SpotXchange Asia Pacific. He joined the company in 2011 as Director of Media Partnerships. SpotXchange recently launched its SpotXchange Video Advertising Platform in Asia Pacific and has grown its base of publishers and number of DSP partners.
O&M Indonesia appoints Admardatine
Marianne Admardatine has been appointed Head of Corporate Communications and Business Development for the Ogilvy Group in Indonesia. She will continue to hold the post of Managing Director of Ogilvy Public Relations and Pulse Communications. Admardatine has been with Ogilvy for the last seven of her eighteen year career as a PR practitioner.
WSJ appoints new Asia Editor
The Wall Street Journal Asia has appointed Hong Kong-based Economics and Markets reporter, Alex Frangos, as the new Asia Editor of a financial analysis & commentary column called ‘Heard on the Street’. Frangos has been in Hong Kong for four years. He joined the Wall Street Journal in New York in 2000.
Lau joins Dentsu Network
Dentsu Network/Asia has appointed Theodore (Ted) Christian Lau as Chief Financial Officer for the region. He joins from Ogilvy & Mather where he held senior financial roles for over 16 years. Lau started his career with Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles and then moved to a start-up software company. He moved back to Hong Kong in the early 90s and joined CNN as Financial Director in Asia. After a brief stint at The Walt Disney Company, he joined O&M.
