OMD Singapore has been presenting a series around the region titled ‘OMD Predicts’. The media company is looking at the dynamics of media and marketing within the retail sector and going beyond the current situation to look at the future. Speakers from OMD and Omnicom Media Group provided insights. One of the key predictions is that the in-store experience will be a launch-pad for loyal relationships moving beyond transactions. The conference held on 10th May in Singapore, attracted over 100 delegates and focused on a key development borne out of the evolution of technologies with consumers providing an increasing amount of data. The insights from this allows for more accurate and effective decision-making in marketing.
