A television commercial for Lanka Bell created by Sarva Integrated has been voted the most popular TV commercial of the year. The award was given at the Peoples Awards, known as the ‘POPAwards’, on 2nd February in Sri Lanka. Rather than a panel of judges, the results come from research conducted by AC Nielsen amongst 5,000 people. The winning commercial for Sarva’s client was ‘Thembili’. This is the second POP award for the agency. Another Lanka Bell TVC by the agency picked up a gong earlier.
