With the addition of 5 new malls to its portfolio, SPH MediaBoxOffice claims to reach out to 80% of Singaporeans and permanent residents. The latest additions were Hougang Mall, Liang Court, Tampines 1, Tiong Bahru Plaza and White Sands. This puts SPH MBO in 23 malls in total with 200 digital screens.
According to Nielsen Media Research, 81% of Singaporeans and permanent residents visited one of the shopping malls in the network in the past seven days.
“In a highly populated and urbanised city like Singapore, shopping malls are like magnets attracting people from all walks of life throughout the day or night,” said Edward Tang, General Manager of SPH MBO.
